I was on my way to dinner when my car randomly started shaking a lottt and after a couple of minutes my brakes stopped working. I managed to pull over to my right into a gravel parking lot which just so happened to be RRC’s auto shop. It was around 5pm when I went in and the shop was closing soon. I explained to Renzo what happened and he came out to look at my car and said I definitely need new front brakes but he’ll need to look at my car further to see what else is going on. He explained that his schedule the next day was reallyy booked but that he’d try his best to take a look at my car. He called me the next day and told me what parts I needed replaced, how much it would cost (fair price,) and said that he would order the parts right away and start working on my car. Renzo owner of RRC is the most honest mechanic I’ve ever known. My family has been going to him for past 12 years. His work is excellent and never overcharges. One in a million guy.

I brought my jeep here for fluid changes and brakes. Renzo and his employee did such a fabulous job on my jeep. The dealership gave me an estimate for 2200 dollars for changing 3 different fluids. I had my serpentine belt changed. Radiator flush. 4 wheel transfer case. Differential case changed. Front brakes and rotors for less than half the estimate given to me by the dealership. My jeep feels like I just drove it out of the dealership. I strongly recommend this place for everyone to have their vehicles serviced.

Delighted to say, I think I found my new “car home”. Replaced my car battery and a tricky sidelight bulb for less than Advance Auto Parts was going to charge me for the parts. And confirmed I did NOT “need” some additional work that Mavis Tire Brewster had told me I needed. 💪
