Lisi’s is SOLID. My drivers side door got taken out by a bus in January (bought her brand new in November) and Lisi’s was communicative, helpful, kind, and incredibly knowledgable through the entire process from the tow, to the repairs, and at the end when I picked up my car. My car looks incredible now and I’m so happy with the outcome. Posting some before and after pics.

If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars, I would! I was in a car accident the Friday night before Christmas; someone hit my Subaru from behind on my way home from work; so stressful. I called Subaru first thing Saturday morning, and they referred me to Lisi’s, and I’m so glad they did! I called and spoke with Mike, the owner, and knew right away that everything would be ok. I dropped the car off that morning- Mike had already called the rental car agency and brought me over to pick it up. He stood firm w the insurance company, making sure that my car would be repaired as it should be. He kept in contact with me to let me know the progress and what was being done every step of the way. As stressful as a car accident can be, Michael was incredibly knowledgeable with helping to navigate the process of repairing and getting me back into my car. He was more responsive than my own insurance company adjuster was when I had questions and made sure that my car came back to me in just as good of condition as the day I first purchased it. If I were ever need auto body work again I will definitely be using Lisi’s Auto Body in the future. Thanks!

From the 1st phone call to setup an assessment to scheduling the work to personal delivery of my repaired vehicle, I can’t say enough good things about Michael and his team!
