Lia Honda Williamsville Parts Department

I had my 1st oil change and again they gave me fast and great service. Great place, amazing customer service....totally satisfied. Worth the drive. I'm so glad I bought a Honda, thanks to Will Litton. A+++

I ordered parts on their website, was charged up front and then heard nothing from them except one email 10 days later saying they were waiting on one back-ordered part. And that's it. I did not receive any further updates and they did not respond to my inquiries via email and their "contact us" form on their website. That was many months ago. I've since gotten the parts from another online dealership for cheaper. Essentially they took my money and ran away. Not happy with this place.

I took my new 2018 CR-V back to Lia Honda for some promised work (agreed upon with the purchase). I was placed in the very capable hands of of Mr. Brian Fancher. He assured me the work will be completed and also offered transportation. Mr. Fancher also worked around my schedule to make sure my vehicle was ready at my convenience. It is a comfort to know that there is a place that will be there (that I can trust) for any future mechanical situations that may arise.

This dealership is not honest. They took advantage of my mom, she asked if there any deals for leasing a Honda CRV, the sales rep said there were no deals, however, we found out there were deals and when my mom contacted the manager, he said those deals could not be honored for the vehicle she just leased. He offered her money to compensate for the dishonesty of the salesperson, however, my mom still hasn't received the check. If she ever does receive the money, I will update my response.

The $289 diagnostic fee seemed excessive, but the repair was ultimately covered under warranty; the service was excellent.
