After an accident causing tens of thousands of dollars of body and mechanical damage, this shop got my car running as if it was never even hit. The repair took quite a bit of time, however this was due to dealing with an insurance company who did not want to take responsibility for their driver causing the accident. Frank and I had gone back and fourth for a few months, and with his help we were able to get a second opinion and get things settled. I would go back for future repairs, and recommend to anyone who wants work done well.

I brought my car here for minor damage to the passenger side and it needed a repainting. Just like i've noticed in many reviews it has been extremely difficult to get any information from staff here. I've been waiting on my Honda Civic now for over a month and each time I call its been "Should be done the end of next week" & or "In line for paint". I cannot fathum the thought that they are so busy where my car is waiting for a paint job now for a week and a half. I brought my car here because Liberty Honda is the dealer I went to but after this terrible expierince i'd never bring it back to the collision center. The women who pick up the phones have an attitude and seem annoyed that you're inquirying about your vehcile when youre just going by what they tell you. I've been told it'll be do

Customer service was fantastic. I knew it was going to be a lengthy process, but April kept me up to date with frequent emails letting me know what step in the process my vehicle was in. I hope to never need body work again on my Civic, but if I do, I will definitely be coming back!

Never Use this place, even your insurance company suggests. Took more than a month to get my car back. I dropped off my defender 130 with front end issue on around July 5 th by my son, I went on vacation out of country , went in person to see about progress as my son did not get any update, on July 21, they did not have any answer, spoke with Frank he gave vague answer , they cant give any estimate time of repair, asked why is it taking so long, he they are busy have 60 cars and they cant tell exact time. Called again on august 3 , after one month , no proper answer, said cant say estimated time, spoke with Frank again said on Friday if possible August 4 th, Since they were rude in anwering i told my son to call on aug 4 th, without explanation they said that it will be ready aug

POSTED Jan 12: Just got off phone. Wanted to bring car in for estimate. Guy asks me if I am making insurance claim. I reply I don't know yet, because I want the estimate first. He tells me they won't work with me unless I go through insurance. Curious, I ask him why this is. He gives rambling incoherent answer that doesn't tell me anything. I try again. No clear answer. Decide - of course - to go elsewhere. Sad because I bought the car from Liberty next door and hoped I'd get the same great service. Most bizarre experience. Oh well. UPDATE JAN 13: Got a call from them few hours after posting this. Woman was very nice and apologetic on phone. Seems a case of an employee going off road for some reason. I'll take my car in Friday and see what happens. Will update here after that. Upda
