Liberty Hyundai Service and Parts Center

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This is the WORST dealership/service center I’ve ever been to. I had my car towed back after their terrible service and they sent my car back with the battery dead, the window open in the rain, and my engine COMPLETELY DISASSEMBLED. Don’t ever go here. The people behind the desk are terrible. And the service manager is terrible. I disputed the charge on my account.

This was my first time getting service done here. I arrived five minutes earlier than my scheduled time and requested the basic 5,000-mile maintenance. The staff member who assisted me was very friendly, and the waiting area was comfortable, with plenty of coffee and snacks available. The only downside—just like most dealership services—is that it took quite a while. I waited for about an hour and a half. Still, I was happy to get my car back washed after the service.

My service advisor was Damian. He was awesome, he kept me up to date with what was going on with my vehicle. After having it towed to Liberty Hyundai it was fixed within 3 days. The ladies answering the phones were so polite.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. My service advisor was Wayne Schneider. He explained the service so thoroughly with easily understandable language. He made me think "Am I doing that well at my work?" Thank you for the excellent service!!

The place is clean, the people are nice. But as I sat for 2.5 hrs for a recall fix, I was told that my car needed an alignment. I asked why they were checking my alignment when I brought it in for a software recall (it just had its service 45 days earlier there). He said they do it when it gets pulled into the garage. I passed on having it aligned for their “sale price”. Well amazingly enough the next 4 people being helped had the same problem with their car that had been brought in for other reasons. 5/5 needing alignment that wasn’t requested. Shocking. And the main reason I don’t bring my car back to dealerships for work. I like the Liberty dealerships but this unnecessary selling is just sleazy.
