Lichtsinn RV Forest Iowa Sits about 2.5 hours from Des Moines Iowa. This location is a Winnebago RV Dealership close to the factory. It is well lit. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The location has an inside showroom which is a big plus. My trip here was to see the Winnebago Revel which research says came in all season with a heated floor. Why did I give this location a 3 verse 5? 1. The sales staff which was I was looking at Revels was intercepted by a customer who just started talking to him like I wasn’t there. It was completely frustrating , there was no apology from the customer or the sales rep. This past week I traveled from Oregon to Iowa to purchase my "new to me Travato 59k". I had lots of options across the country but chose Lichtsinn RV because of the reviews and the presence they have in the market. I was not disappointed. They answered all my questions prior to my travel there. Renae is first class all the way. Everyone at the dealership was so kind and helpful to me and by the time I started my 2,000 mile drive home I knew I had made the right choice. Facility there in Forest City were some of the best I have ever seen. They are worth the trip. I will be recommending my friends who show interest to them in the future.

brought a Tiffin allegro bus with an Aqua Hot issue in per service came back a few hours later they had a diagnosis that it needed for parts. They ordered the parts we had to leave the bus in Iowa. Go home in Wisconsin. Got a call the following week that the parts finally arrived after been lost in a snowstorm. They said they installed the parts and decided to put a nonworking burner in that. They knew as bad from another unit and said they burned everything up. Did they put a new? I went to retrieve the motorhome and asked for the used parts and wanted to know what was still in my bus the new parts the old parts the used parts or what low and behold they said the Mechanic went on vacation that day, oh and by the way, he cleaned out his bay and threw the parts away and lawn, behold the gar
