While traveling 1,200 miles from home, I was on the road with a failed Balmar alternator. Prior to departure, a Winnebago service dealer near my home confirmed the unit was inoperative. Winnebago authorized shipment of a Nations replacement to a service dealer near my travel route. With assistance from Tommy, I contacted La Mesa and spoke with Eric in the service department, and from that point forward the process was handled flawlessly. Eric scheduled

Not happy at all. Extremely disappointed. We purchased a 2026 Winnebago Thrive 25 RLS. It’s a beautiful travel trailer. However, Winnebago immediately informed us of a recall on the front unit window. They said the unit had to go all the way to their main location in Illinois. So. 2k miles later and miscommunication after miscommunication from Winnebago we received our travel trailer back with no notice. The unit newly installed window was cracked with the Winnebago sticker peeling away. Unit was filthy and our storage door was open and broke and the keys we provided to the Company was also missing. What a joke. Waiting on a response to see how they are going to handle the latest mess.

I love this place. Rebecca at the front desk was very helpful, patient, and a delightful person to work. My repair guys Jeffery and Gary were amazing. They walked me through all the work they did and answered all the questions I had, and I had a list. Great place to get your Revel van work done. Hopefully I won't be back but if I am I'm looking forward to it. Thanks again to the factory service center P. S. While you're here go on the factory tour put on by the visitor center across the street.

We drove 2000 miles to get what we thought was the best quality service for our coach. The paint repair was horrible and very rough. What ever they used for bondo repair was all over the inside and outside. They didn’t cover anything when replacing windows and doing the body sanding. Also we were told it was ready for pickup and we got there and it wasn’t even inspected to be ready. We ended up getting a hotel so they could clean the coach and buff the paint. What a terrible waste of a hotel. They took off the shocks for the storage doors that were supposed to be painted and they weren’t. The shocks were laying unattached inside the doors. The company had excuses for all the inadequate work that was done. They didn’t even offer to pay for the hotel. I would not ever recommend this business

We bought a new Winnebago Micro Mini trailer in 2021. After the first trip out camping, the slide was catching on the left side close to the bathroom. We contacted Winnebago in Mesa, where we bought it. They couldn't get us in for 3 months... That was after we were to leave AZ to go home to Alaska. We tried to arrange assistance 3 more times, but they couldn't fit us in (even though it was a warranty issue). We had a couple other issues during warranty which they couldn't fit us in. We fixed them as best we could. We ended up selling it due to our physical issues that made the bed nearly impossible for us old folks to get into. We now have a Lance... it is 3 years older, but much higher quality.
