They were not transparent about their mistake of not ordering the parts. The idea that I had an early morning appointment(4th) and not to receive a answer on the problem until late in the day is unfortunate. That meant the car would not be ready that day(replace 2 radiator hoses about a 40min job) Then not to order the hoses and if I had not called to ask..... I told them to give me my car back. So they charged me $175.00 for about 20 mins of looking and 2 pictures that did not even show the so called problem! No apology but they were very dismissive of me, I guess that for not being a local even thought I have been down here for 65 years! I have been monitoring the so called problem and it doesn't even seem to be that bad. So the question is did the work need to be done or maybe a just a

Haven't been here for years..I am so glad I came back, as well I will return.. not only did they get me in for my sons late inspection, but they were, great, patient, customer skills with Mrs. Christina was awesome.. the auto tech was fantastic.. I would and will return back for my next car issue, oil change, inspection ect.. I again say " thank you " .. you went above 5 stars to 5×5 stars...price affordable, cate and experience top notch, customer skills above and beyond..give them a chance, you will not regret them. Thank you all, from appointments to car care, it was above and beyond my expectations.

Lighthouse went out of their way to help us. The transmission went out in our Suburban while on vacation. Everyone was booked for weeks. I know they were too, but Dave said they would look at it the next day. Crystal is amazing letting me know what was happening every step of the way. Thank you guys so much. From the bottom of our hearts we appreciate this business.

I took my vehicle to lighthouse automotive six weeks ago. They lied to me over and over again now they’re trying to charge me $1200 for a battery and a key that does not work. I would not bring them any business if I were you and I guarantee that 90% of these reviews are written by the company. This is fraudulent marketing and is illegal I have notified the Better Business Bureau, but they are under investigation already and I’m sure that something is going to be taking place here in the next couple weeks!!!!!! it all could’ve been taken care of if he would’ve just called me two weeks in and told me they couldn’t do it. Prices are RIDICULOUS. Sent our vehicle in for some routine maintenance, wasn't told the price ahead of time but it was routine stuff so I did not think to ask - my mistake. It was explained to me that the labor is what cost the most - I will be going literally anywhere else where the staff is competent enough to keep the labor cost at a reasonable price. Money down the drain.
