Absolutely blown away by their service. The lady in parts knows her stuff and bartered a part to be installed and had it there the next day just as she said she would. Vic in the service department was over the top in regards to all aspects of world class customer service. Had some oddities come up with my job and he flawlessly executed going beyond effort like I’ve never seen in a dealer service department. I highly recommend RD Sawyer for timely and quality work with a great attitude.

I personally visited the service department to schedule a vehicle inspection and an oil change. I was greeted with a smile and to my surprise I was told it could be done that day. However, I needed my car so I scheduled two days later. I showed up for the inspection and oil change and asked if the tires could be rotated also. Without hesitation, I was told that it would not be any problem at all for the mechanic to rotate the tires. I received courteous, professional treatment and I am a very satisfied customer!

The service center was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great mechanic that took time to explain the system and repairs. Very friendly staff, both in service and sales. I plan to make next years service at R D Sawyer on my next visit to OBX.

I needed help as my family was visiting the area from Michigan and the service team was amazing. They got my car serviced quickly and were friendly and more than fair. I wish I lived closer so I could make them my home dealership!
