GEICO assigned this company to assist with my claim and told me they would arrive within 30 minutes. After 45 minutes, I called and was told the driver was “down the block.” Another 10–15 minutes passed and no one arrived. When I called dispatch again, they claimed they tried calling me but said it went straight to voicemail, which is not true. I eventually had to contact GEICO again and request a different company, which took another 60 minutes to arrive. Overall, this was a frustrating and unreliable experience. If GEICO assigns this company to your claim, I strongly recommend calling back and requesting a different provider.

I had a nail in my tire on Christmas Day and although it took them a couple of hours to get to my house, it wasn’t an emergency and it was a holiday. The guy who came was quick when he put my spare on and appreciated him coming to help out on Christmas Day

I will say that they did great got me a new battery and changed it and my truck started right up the guys were fast and great.

Technician stole our portable battery charger and dispatcher keeps putting us on hold. I called technician, he denied taking it. But we have it on video.

I was assigned this company by GEICO and I was met with constant excuses about why the driver was delayed. This is only to fix a flat in my driveway! I was told that the dispatched driver had a tire blowout and needed to be towed. This is a towing company, wouldn’t it make sense for another driver to pick up my job?! I was told immediately on the first call to give the driver 5 stars or they wouldn’t be able to get another job, maybe there’s a reason why. These people are scammers and I see why the business has such a poor rating.
