Lilac Car Wash

The credit card machine wouldn't take any of the cards I tried. Exact cash amount is required as no change is given to purchase of a wash.

Weak. Most expensive wash lasted about 1 minute. Truck is still dirty. Do not recommend

While in car wash the machine turned on and circled my car but no water came out. Machine cycled through its program but no wash, on a positive note the dryer turned on. My wife left a message with our phone number but no call back. Choose another wash there's plenty around.

Gave one star only because I had to. I paid for the most expensive car wash and got little more than a spray down. No soap at all, very little water, and splashes of "wax". Receipt would not print either. I need a car wash after my car wash!! $22 later.

Edit: The company got back to me by phone and email 20 minutes after I left and gave me a code for washes that never expires. They said they would look into the bay that wasn’t working and fix it. I appreciate the prompt response and would go back again. Nothing in the touchless wash works. The water basically dripped out.
