Limerick Senior Apartments & Townhomes

I have been a resident of the Limerick Senior Apartments since it first opned in 2022 and was happy to live in a new building. As a new entity it went through some growings pains. For the last year the On Site Management team consists of two women Office Managers and a Maintance Manager. All three are friendly and approchable. They upgraded things by adding flowers and plants in the warm months and holiday decorations in the winter months and a regular cleaning staff. These new changes have brightned the atmosphere of the building and make the building much more comfortable to live in. Neil Nicholas

Here the staff are kind and friendly. They are easy to get along with. I feel welcome here. I'm encouraged to invite friends and family to come and join ME. I'm glad I moved in. Thanks Michelle and Greg for recommending Limerick Senior Apartments 😀

I live at the Limerick. It’s a pretty nice place w many nice neighbors. Inside our apt it’s very quiet w our windows & slider closed. Rarely hear any neighbors on same floor. My issue is with all the construction noise/traffic & in the fall, there’s big semi’s hauling corn for processing that drive right by us on Lacy Road. Some of them do engine breaking. This takes place at all hours. We didn’t expect all the outside noise when we moved in. It’s disheartening. This is a senior housing apt yet I don’t think that was taken into regard when the building planning started in this area.

Kristin Mitchell is amazing! She was so helpful when we stopped in to check out the complex for our mom. She took time out of her busy schedule to give an impromptu tour and help her with the application process. Very personable and kind with a good sense of humor. Thank you!

This is a beautiful place to live at. Everything is fantastic I've had no problems. The staff is fantastic every time I come with a problem they solve it.
