Take 5 Oil Change

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon so a bit busier and a bit of a wait but the service was great. I was greeted at my car and even given a water bottle. Manager Joseph was training a new-ish employee but they both did a great job working on my car. The management and employees were very professional but also very fun and it seems like a great atmosphere for everyone working there. I was able to use a coupon that I found online to save some money and definitely think I will be back for future oil changes.

I Sat in front of the Glass Garage Dr for 1 hr, first car in line minus the car in front of me. Immediately upon arrival I was greeted and they chalked my windshield with my mileage and handed me a water. Never seen them again. Both Doors had lines one had 5 cars the other had 3. 5 visible employees wandering around and 1 or 2 in the pits. The other line moved 1 car in 35 minutes the was I’ve 25 minutes not including waiting in line to wait longer getting the advertised 10 minute oil change. Big letters at the road. I had a flight to catch and had to drive to Chicago and allowed an hr for the oil change. Which is more than enough time when you are first at the Dr. it would have taken over an hr and a half if I would have waited. I got out of my truck closed my hood and had to ask both line

I hope I am right about the name of the man who did my oil change - I believe his name was Justin W. - hopefully someone can confirm that to make sure he is made aware of this review. I got there on a cold day and he was alert, friendly, and professional. He was doing a lot of things at once while waiting for another employee to arrive. People in this job have to work fast, it is almost like a choreographed dance, and it's clear to me he works hard. For the sake of him, and the guys who do the actual work, please get your call center staff to give out the correct information, I had called them first and gotten wrong answers, it's not fair to guys like Justin to have to tell customers that what the call center said is not accurate. Jose (Joseph) and Wesley were consummate professionals. This is a new (to me) vehicle and I'm not a "car guy." They made sure I got what I needed in lightning fast time. Only thing that took time was giving all my info.

Quick oil change which was convenient since I had my 2 kids with me. Love not having to get them out of the car in the cold winter too. The mechanics were super friendly. Didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't really need either. Will probably be back!
