Their tow truck almost caused an accident on 695 west bound in Towson! Their truck swerved across three lanes, forcing me to have to swerve quickly into the shoulder and almost hitting the wall! Teach your drivers how to actually drive and not cause accidents and almost kill someone! Would absolutely never recommend this business to anyone. Imagine if they were towing your car and drove this way and hit and killed someone. Absolutely ridiculous!

One of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. I waited over 2 hours while employees were clearly ignoring my case and doing unrelated things. Terribly managed operation: unprofessional staff, extremely slow service, and zero respect for the customer’s time. They simply do not care. I strongly do not recommend this towing company.

Love this shop. Honest work, honest prices and awesome workmanship. Dealt with Herb who was a straight shooter and did an awesome job. Highly recommend.

The two women at Linhard’s is not professional at all poor customer service they ask for a lot of paperwork just to get your car but still let you get your things out the car on top of that they asking for the vehicle title.
