Links Car Wash

This was the best car wash in town. Since Links purchased this location the quality and service has declined. It is quite disappointing. The hours of operation make it difficult for a working person to use the facility. The drying of the vehicles is not as good as it once was either. The membership I have had for several years is not longer worth it.

I went through the car was today. I spent 16.00 dollar's on a wash and still had dirt coming of the the top of my car. All over the car was dirty. I've been to this wash before and it always looked good. I'm handicap and couldn't really see how bad it was till I got home. I wish they would do better.

As others have stated before the change in ownership this car wash used to be the best in town. I recently cancelled the membership I had because ever since the change in owner the service has went way down hill. They used to have two people scrubbing before entering the wash and my truck was always very clean. Now one person sprays some pre cleaner on the windshield very little and then immediately sprays it off there’s not even a point to it might as well not even do it. Truck comes out dirty. Canceled membership which a little too easy honestly. Walked in and said I wanted to cancel and the kid inside who it’s not his fault he probably just a worker but didn’t ask why or if there was anything they could do to keep my business, was just like ok it’s canceled. I've been a loyal customer for over 2 years. I've been extremely pleased until Links took over. I understand that the business is changing ownership, but it's completely gone to pot. Daniel ran a very tight ship. If there were any mechanical issues, he was on it. He always had two people with brushes as your vehicle entered to give you the best wash. Those days seem to be gone and so is the better and more thorough wash of your vehicle. He was there many times than not, interactive, and super friendly. He made you want to go to his business. He always had time to stop and chat or at least wave to say hello with that huge smile. I'm trying to be patient. I was told that changes were coming. I've seen some changes, but they're nothing that has affected the washing of the vehicles. The timin

The new ownership has shown they only care about profit and not customer service. I just went and once again the back of my vehicle is still dirty. I expect my entire vehicle to be clean not just 80% of it clean. This time my side windows weren't completely clean nor were my side mirrors. This was my last visit. The employees are doing their best with an owner that is not allowing them to take care of their customers. The previous owner had an employee to scrub the back of your vehicle as you entered the car wash for a reason.
