I have to say, WOW, we have had a noise issue with my JL since I bought it. As of this morning I know longer here anything. These guys in service, Chad,and Matt stayed in until it was gone. Just retorgues and perseverance made me a happy man. Many thanks. Best service ever!😉

Customer service was... fine. I guess. Turn- around time was good. Price was awful. They charged me over $400 for a part that costs $150. And labor was $120/hour. Just so you know. Dealerships are always more expensive and I knew that going in, so I can't complain too much; after all, I'm the one who had my car towed there. But there was also nothing to make up for the price gouging. Some places wash the cars and use floor mats and at least pay your cab fare after f**king you. Not Lithia.

1.) Appointment was not scheduled correctly. 2.) The recalled part was suppose to be replaced on the van but they did not communicate that to the technician until I asked them about it. 3.) Turned out the recalled part was not in stock but then magically 10 mins later it was there. 4.) When we called to pay for the van, they were unable to find the paperwork for it. 5.) The van was put under a totally different company... the van is wrapped with our logo/name on it. The miscommunication was unreal and took way too much time to get this simple replacement part. Will not be returning.

Fast oil change and very friendly helpful group. I do recommend them..

Bought a truck from their online side. Asked them directly about rust.."no rust. like new. very clean" It was not. So rusted you could not put the pin in the slide hitch. Near holes in the frame from rust. They sent us lots of pictures, which looked great. But when we got the truck it had multiple cracks all across the windshield. This is illegal for a dealership to sell a truck in this condition. Zac at driveway was great and disappointed in the dealership. Dealership was to overnight a cashier's check. It was a direct check, same as printing for payroll. I am at a loss with how shady this dealership is. Do not trust Lithia! They will lie to you to make a sale, hoping you are to dumb to notice. And too weak to push back. We are not.
