We are very disappointed with LKQ’s handling of engines. We purchased a 2GR engine for a 2010 Lexus, and once again, the wiring harness and connectors were unnecessarily cut. This is not the first time we’ve had this issue with LKQ. Cutting wires and harnesses makes future repairs difficult and risky. If the original harness is damaged, we should be able to replace it properly, but instead, we are left with unnecessary work and added cost. This shows a lack of care and professionalism in preparing parts for customers. As a business that depends on reliable parts, we expect LKQ to do a better job. Please improve your quality control and stop cutting harnesses that are not supposed to be cut.
