Absolutely worst customer service I've ever received, spent 2 days trying to find the part I ordered, being told it's in another state currently on hold been transferred 8 times now and told 4 different things. Everyone I talked to told me it's another department let me transfer you and send me to someone else that can't help before I can even say anything.
