I had a very pleasant experience with Lobalbo Autobody Northeast in Norwalk CT for the two times i have had repairs done with them, the staff is very polite and helpful. They got my car done looking literally brand new and I was ecstatic. Thank You for your service and the free slice of pizza! 😄👍

Lobalbo Autobody Northeast is the best body shop. I was in a car accident and dealing with insurances and property damage, Cathy took over right away and handled the adjuster and estimate and i did not even have to worry about it. Her professionalism and communication skills are 10/10 it gave me such a peace of mind that I was in good hands. I have never dealt with getting my car fixed and was pretty anxious about it, Cathy explained everything and ensured that everything will be handled in a timely manner. My car was towed into Lobalbo on 8/5/25 in the AM, adjuster went gave an estimate and got my car back on 8/14/25. Under 10 days!! Truly could not recommend a place more. Thank you Lobalbo!

I'm a big car guy who obsesses over keeping my cars clean/protected/etc. I have brought two of my trucks to Lobalbo's and am extremely pleased with the repairs as well as customer service. Kevin sr., Kevin jr. and Cathy were by far the most communicative and respectful people who guided me through the entire process. The first incident was with a deer strike causing substantial damage and the second incident was a distracted driver side swiping my new car on I-95. Whether it was wiring harnesses, body adjustments, installation of replacement parts, or paint matching/blending, they knocked it out of the park. Any questions I had they answered.

I dropped my car off after a minor accident. I received the estimate by email from State Farm and was expecting a call from the shop to authorize the repair. After two days without hearing anything, I called and was told they had already started work on the car without my approval. When I picked it up, the interior was a mess. My car has black seats and trim, and there was white dust all over the inside. On the seats, windows, and panels, which took me over an hour to clean. There was also overspray on the mirror cap and around the repair. To make it worse, there was white paint dust on the driver side rear tire that did not wash off, and even after using tire shine it’s still visible.
