Wow! Is an absolute understatement! I had an issue w/ my breaks that couldn’t wait. Not only did they answer the phone right away, with no hold time. They assigned me a mechanic that was in route, before the call ended! Geo (they sent) was on his game on getting the job done, on point and on time. He definitely knows his stuff. He answered all my dumb “girl” questions. Was so friendly, polite and professional, he felt like family. In addition to incredible fast, thorough and precise service that was done in “2 shakes of a lambs tail” they offered flexibility in payment methods that eased my stress level of not having a “physical card”. I wish I could give these guys 10 stars! Excellent customer service and communication skills. Showed up sooner than expected and knocked out the job quicker than I anticipated as well. My truck wouldn’t start last night, diagnosed the issue, grabbed the part and was up and running within two hours. I can’t thank Local Mobile Mechanic enough for all their help, and will definitely be using them for everything car related in the future!

My car wouldn't kick over, so I knew it was time for a new battery. I bought a battery and had Mobile Mechanic swap them out. She runs like new again. He arrived on time, worked swiftly yet diligently, and was done in 30 minutes. I would recommend then to anyone needing work done. I will contact then again in the future.

Same day service is remarkable! I got my breaks repaired, new pads installed and the tech advised me on one of the rotors going bad so that was good to know. Fast friendly service and I would highly recommend this mobile mechanic service to anyone in the hampton roads area!

The techs that came out were great! They took the time to run a thorough diagnostic test on my vehicle, until finding the cause for my display panel failure. Wish it were only a fuse, but at least I now know for sure and can get it fixed. Great service, would hesitate to call them again!
