Been going to Lui ever since I moved here to Fayetteville and I have no complaints. He is understanding, patient, and most importantly God fearing. He takes his work seriously and does it at a reasonable price. He communicates well and is a honest man. I will recommend anyone and everyone to him.

I am sharing my experience to warn others before bringing their vehicle here. Before towing my 2011 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid to this shop, I specifically asked whether they had experience with hybrids. Both the mechanic and the tow truck driver he recommended assured me they had a hybrid expert. After the vehicle arrived, I received no updates for several days and eventually had to call the shop myself. When I finally reached the mechanic, he claimed the car would not turn on and that he had to charge the battery before diagnosing it. This was false, as my hybrid battery had already been replaced under a manufacturer recall. I am a customer of this shop, regularly since early 2024. The prices are great, if I cant do my own maintenance I'm bringing my vehicle to Luis at lockstep. I recommend coming in and talking with the owner about any repairs you made need. I am also the Tow Truck operator that is mentioned in a comment by a "D7 lc" that states i told him that Mr Luis is a hybrid expert. I told the gentlemen that there is a guy "THAT WORKS WITH" with Mr. Luis that owns a few hybrids and has knowledge on them. I never said that Mr. Luis is a hybrid expert. This is for clarification so there is not a false narrative spread.

The owner is amazing. My truck got broken into over at the vet clinic. He helped with replacing my two tires that were damaged. The owner himself drove to the tire manufacturer and picked up the tires so I could get same day service and also he went above and beyond to get my broken window fixed same day. People that are in a 100 mile radius of this establishment and don’t use them I have to say your fools. This is an honest establishment
