Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

First time, stopping in here after reading the reviews and was not disappointed. Jasmin was my service technician. I waited about10 min wait Because there was another car in front of me. When it was my turn, I. Pulled in she checked lights, wipers and put air in tires. Checked all the other fluids, and then proceeded with the oil change. Went underneath and started to get at the oil filter and drain plug. In just a few minutes, she was finished and did a pressure check with the oil and everything was complete and I was on my way after about 10 minutes

I came around 3pm it wasn’t busy at all, I was immediately greeted and offered a bottle of water. Super friendly and answered all my questions. Got a state inspection and emissions test done and it went smoothly and quickly I have a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek for reference. Highly recommend!

The technicians were wonderful. They were knowledgeable, kind and answered all my questions. The service was quick and WONDERFUL! They even put air in my tire that was a little low and reset the oil change setting for me I had the state inspection as required and oil change and the service was quick and prompt.

Vivian Gayle was amazing he literally was holding down the entire show on his own and remained calm and focused. He had awesome customer service and was really helpful. He was also really fast which was a plus because I had my baby with me and was worried I’d be waiting too long.

Jasmin was outstanding. She was kind, motivated, and clearly dedicated to providing great service. She made the entire process quick and hassle free. Employees like her make a real difference and she definitely deserves some recognition and a raise!!
