I would give 6 stars if I could. I’ve come here twice for two totally separate issues and I’ve gotten great care every time. They don’t try to upsell anything you don’t need and are very honest about the issues and how to fix. They even took me home after I dropped off my car. Which was very much appreciated after dealing with the stressful car troubles that brought me in. Every encounter I’ve had with each employee has been pleasant and helpful.

From the first conversation, they were straightforward, transparent, and honest about what my van actually needed—and just as importantly, what it didn’t need. They took the time to explain the issues clearly, showed me what they found, and walked through my options without any pressure or upselling. I had an engine light show up on my 2017 Nissan titan sv, I was searching for a dependable/honest mechanic near me. So I Google and this shop had some decent reviews, I brought my truck in so that they could diagnose the problem. It took a few days but the service was great. I just recently paid off my truck, so I'm expecting problems with over 120,000 miles on it. Can't afford a new truck so I'll have to keep the one I have, therefore having an honest mechanic with knowledge will be a blessing for me. After talking to the owner (Jim) I found out that he is a brother in the ministry it made me believe he would honor his Christian values. And he did. Thanks again and God bless.

Highly recommend logos automotive!! Brought my car in for a maintenance check and they were very clear in their diagnosis and quotes. They let me know what items truly needed maintenance and what items were in good shape. This is a team that aims to provide honest, quality work and I appreciate the extra time they took to provide explanations with full transparency. My husband and I are both customers and we will be returning!

I’ve been to this location three times for an oil change. The quality of work has declined and I was contemplating if I would come back. Today I came in for an oil change and Mark claimed that my car couldn’t be looked at until after lunch. There were only two customers there and didn’t seem quite busy. Nonetheless I didn’t mind waiting however it was clear that Mark didn’t want to help me in any way. I never once told Mark that I had an issue with waiting. Yet Mark stated that he can’t have me waiting and refused to service my car. Quite ridiculous and unprofessional of Mark to act in such a way. I found another Auto Care Shop that actually wanted to help me and provided excellent customer service unlike what Mark provided. Mark refusing to service my car was a blessing in disguise. So
