It was my first time getting my oil changed with Lokey Nissan. Carlos was my service advisor. He was very courteous, knowledge and professional. Answered all my questions and made sure everything was taken care of. For a busy service drive they got me in and out fairly quickly. Everything went smoothly. I'll definitely be back for my next oil change and any other service needs.

I came in for a recall notice and Anthony helped me. I really appreciate the level of service offered, without trying to upsell anything to me (even though I need new brakes, which Anthony let me know). Reasonably quick service, friendly employee, and nice lounge to wait in. I will be back when I can't make a repair myself.
Great Service Technician and ride driver! Very expensive repairs... Cannot believe Lokey is now charging us 3% extra to use our credit cards!!! Unbelievable...
