Londonderry Village

Nicely landscaped, neat well layed out community. I know people who live in the cottages and they are very happy with their home and the community amenities and activities.

Londonderry Village is a very poorly run and managed facility. Staff are unprofessional and dishonest. I would never recommend this facility to friends or family.

As we move through different healthcare needs, our family member always continues to receives excellent care & support. A truly great community. Grateful!

I called a few times and left messages with Jennifer as well as opened my heart up about my father. It takes time to fill out paperwork for admissions. Caring for an elderly parent and loved ones is an emotional stress and in a sensitive time where I was hoping for a resolution or at least a conversation, I would have appreciated a return phone call over an email stating that b/c my father was out of state they would not accept him. According to Londonderry’s mission on their website of providing supportive services in an attitude of love and servanthood and values of, cooperation, communication and respect, I wanted to let the community know that none of those were met with me. I sincerely hope this changes in the future for the betterment of current residents and the Londonderry comm

A wonderful retirement community. It has 3 levels of care. Beautiful grounds, wonderful caring employees, lots to do every day.
