I have had several opportunities to visit the Long-Lewis Heavy Truck Shop in Prattville Alabama for service and every occasion has been a positive experience. I own a RV that is built on a Ford E450 Super Duty cutaway chassis and it is not easy to find a Ford dealership with the capacity to service this size vehicle. The Long-Lewis Heavy Truck Shop fills a great need in central Alabama for RV’ers and other heavy duty vehicle owners. They have not only heavily invested in a nice facility, the staff is awesome. I have recommended this facility to several RVing friends and their experience has been positive as well.
They are not doing class 8 trucks Google maps has it wrong
David and Lucy are all about customer satisfaction. They helped us out of a jam with our refrigerated trailer even though it wasn’t a service they typically provide. 👍👍
