First time customer, I work at the Cummings center. Needed my a/c fixed, unfortunately it needed a compressor, understandably my car is 14 yrs. old. The whole experience was incredible and Keith did a wonderful job and it was done before I left work. I'm recommending Loose Nuts to everyone. Will definitely continue to go there. For the first time ever I didn't feel taken advantage of. Thank you!

I recommend this garage without hesitation. I had a few items repaired here over a couple of weeks. Each time they did the repairs, and looked at some stuff I was concerned about without trying to sell me a bunch of services or parts that I couldn't be sure I didn't need. The repairs they did make were done quickly and all of the issues I was having were resolved. The price was reasonable and the people were helpful and had good customer service. The hourly labor rate is $90/hr (as of Jan 2020), which can add up, but they went out of their way to do their work quickly. Much appreciated.

First time customer. I brought my car in, thinking nothing would get done that day and I would have to bring my car back in a week or two, but they got the job done right then and there. I was in and out in about an hour. Super speedy, good job and at a fair price. Highly recommend these guys!

From oil changes to parts needing to be fixed or replaced, Keith has done an excellant job at a fair price. Incredibly convenient drop off spot at the Cummings center as well. Its so nice being able to drop off my keys before work and always have my car back before I need it. 100% reccomend!
