I stopped in today to pick up a few items and employee Scott helped me with everything that I needed. Scott was very knowledgeable and kind, a five star employee.

We were at a Hotrod show and this was the best Lordco I have ever walked into. This was one of the busiest weekends for them and they still had some met us at the door to ask us what we needed. My truck is not the easiest truck to find parts for because it is a few trucks and a RV put together from all different years (pic below). The knowledge and experience of the person that helped us was amazing. We had to make a few trips back and forth but she helped us ever time. She took her time to find the best parts for us and make the whole experience so good I almost forgot that my truck was broken and may not make it to the show. It did thanks to her help! Very unprofessional over the phone and particularly rude (Peter) ps if you say your 2 busy to awnser the phone just don’t or hire sombody with the proper communication skills to do so

I purchased a battery while on vacation in Osoyoos last summer. I needed to return it in the lower mainland locally on warranty. Kaleb at Lordco in Osoyoos was extremely helpful in completing the process.

outstanding customer service. My battery died so I bought a new one. I believe his name was Todd came out to look and make sure we got the right battery, then he lent me the tools to change it right in the parking lot. Thank you (Todd) for getting me out of a jam, I wasn't looking forward to a 400+ drive home with a dead battery
