Furnace motor went in our camper van. Gave them a call ahead of time before pulling into Osoyoos. Very helpful and friendly. They were able to fit us in the same day and fixed our problem in a timely manner. Fair price for the work. Heads up that the address in the town of Osoyoos is not where you will be going for repairs- give them a call and they will direct you it was very easy to find.

Our furnace broke down the first cold night in November. We called and the repairman was here in 15 minutes. Did an awesome job. Very friendly people. Will definitely use them again and have already referred them to others. Thank you 🙏

Joe takes advantage of people (He also wanted to buy this for his daughter, and maybe why he charged this much to buy it cheap from my sis in laws frustration, that I mention below) Last fall my brothers leaf springs went on a newer slide out trailer while up in Osoyoos Joe said lets put a insurance claim on new axles, leaf springs frame and tires (Claim was denied) In the Spring my brother unexpectedly passed before he was 60. The trailer was not fixed yet waiting on insurance response? Joe then convinced her to go forward with new leaf spring, tires, rims saying axles were too small- he is smarter than D.O.T.? My sis in law goes to get trailer picked up this Sept. and Joe says before she came that "OH, the water lines had burst" and CHARGED her to fix ! Even though it was in HIS car

We are spending our first winter here in Osoyoos, got here and realized that we had a major leak. Figured it out and then started looking for a rv repair shop. Not exactly easy here. Found okanagan rv, not great reviews. But those reviews are wrong. We called left a message and they called back. I took a picture of the broken part, she looked, they didn’t have in stock, she ordered it and called back saying it would be 2 days delivery. Okay. It was here the very next day. She even delivered it to us. My husband put it in and we have water again. Best service ever. Will highly recommend this company to everyone.

I gave one star only because I have too...drove around Osoyoos to the addresses listed and yes there are 2 addresses listed only to discover nothing at either...no signage or anything....tried to call twice...got a answering machine both times....asked at two stores for directions both sent us to another place with NO RV CENTRE!! We drove 45 min from Rock Creek to pick up a RV part...WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Go somewhere else.
