I visited recently and had one of the most unprofessional, demeaning, and frankly infuriating customer service experiences of my life, stemming entirely from the manager's blatant sexism and woefully inaccurate advice. After explaining the issues I was experiencing with my vehicle, the manager—whose name I did not catch but who introduced himself with the utterly predictable phrase, "I am not sexist, but..."—immediately proceeded to provide the most patronizing and irrelevant "diagnosis" possible. His commentary throughout the conversation was littered with inappropriate generalizations and gendered assumptions. At one point, while discussing a safety feature he inaccurately argued my car did not have, confidently asserted that he "tells husbands all the time not to cheap out on that fea
