Absolutely pleased with my purchase at Lou Fusz. I placed an inquiry about a used Pacifica and Chris Hudnut replied to it and he worked hard to find a fit. With difficulties finding a used Pacifica, he asked about our budget and if we’re able to flex a little bit, he could actually make a new Pacifica happen and made it possible that we left with a brand new 2026 Chrysler Pacifica! He was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle and its features and was able to answer all questions quickly! Chris and Brian made all the paperwork not stressful and were very patient with our two kids who were with us! Chris even helped move our car seats over to the new vehicle, which was a huge help. Scotty worked my truck in for a safety concern, and set up a ride for me to get home and back the next day to pick it up. Amy quickly checked and ensured I would be able to get a rental vehicle to get me through this time until the team could get to my repairs.
