Awesome service, so pleased with their customer service and accurate work. They kept me posted on each step of repairs after I had an accident on black ice. Conveniently set up rental car thru my insurance right at their location, and completed so much body work for me seamlessly. Will be back and highly recommend.

Lou’s Auto Body in Rockland did an incredible job on my old pickup after a deer strike. It’s a 25-year-old work truck and they somehow made it look close to new again. They truly went above and beyond, were responsive and respectful throughout the whole process, and even came in under budget. You don’t see that level of honesty and craftsmanship very often anymore. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would absolutely recommend them.

I've had my Chevy Colorado into Lou's in Rockland twice in the last year for two seperate side swipes. Both times my truck came back looking like new. Joe was great with communication, keeping me updated each step of the way and had my truck back to me in a quick turnaround. They even helped with insurance & rental car, having the rental car company meet me at their shop. Great experience both times!

First time getting work done at Lou’s and couldn’t be happier! Best car shop around!! Joe was absolutely amazing and more helpful than I could have expected! Got in an accident and my car was allegedly totaled but with the help of Lous I was able to get it fully fixed in a timely manner, and completely covered! When I picked up my vehicle it was like a brand new van! My door, bumper, tire, and side panel got very damaged and now you would have no idea! Fantastic work done to it and was updated through the process, don’t think I could have found another place that could have done as good as Lou’s!

From the work itself to the way Lou’s treats their customers, the entire experience was phenomenal. After my girlfriend’s car was stolen and recovered, not only did they do a fantastic job of repairing her car, but Joe did a wonderful job making sure she was alright and helping her with the situation. Cannot recommend them enough!
