Lous Custom Exhaust

Brought my car in because my exhaust was hanging on my a thread and it was significantly louder than necessary and definitely not by design. Jim diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and got the job done without any unnecessary upselling or surprises. The work was efficient, the pricing was fair, and my car now sounds the way it should, quiet, and road-appropriate. It’s refreshing to find someone who’s both skilled and straightforward. Lou's Custom Exhaust is an amazing business. I called the day before midday for an appointment to get my 2015 Subaru exhaust repaired so I could get an inspection sticker for this year. Cathy was so kind and took the time to have a conversation with me over the phone. An appointment was made for the next day to look at it to see what needed to be done. Then I was taken in and in less than an hour my Subaru had a new mid- section of pipework, a new section of pipework before the rear muffler with a new hanger installed. The cost was so reasonable I was able to pay off another personal bill!! Cathy is a very personable, friendly and caring resource for sure. Lou is reliable and quite competent. He does good work. Cathy and Jim are awesome, they always take great care of me and somehow always go above and beyond. I wouldn't want anyone else doing my exhaust, Jim knows what he's doing and he is very good at it and always put stuff together exactly how I want. Cathy does my undercoating every year and she gets every hidden spot covered. Love you guys.

Went in to have new mufflers put on and repair some previously bad work. Kathy was awesome, from scheduling to keeping me informed to checking out. Lou's Concord really did a fantastic job. Thanks
