The team working at the Hanover location is great. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They took time to answer all my questions and I scheduled an appointment. I had a MagnaFlow muffler installed and I am very pleased with it. This is my second time having work done there. I highly recommend the Hanover location.

My wife’s explorer had 2 issues going on at the same time. Firstly, it developed a bad exhaust leak praGoogle ctically overnight. I brought it in to Lou’s and they welded a couple of parts into place, and it was all fixed in a couple of hours, for a very short amount of money.,2 days later, I brought the same vehicle back for a complete rear brake job. Awesome work for a fraction of what the dealer would have gaffed me for, plus a 2 year p& L warranty! If you haven’t checked out Lou’s in Hanover, you’re missing out! I will be back!

I have an older car that’s has pretty high mileage. So I was debating whether to look for a newer used car, before dumping $$ into my existing car. They gave me a simple highly detailed list of issues and I had them work on the higher priority ones first while keeping it in my budget. Happy to have gone to them. Staff always kept me updated.
