Planet Subaru Service

Recently came to Planet Subaru to diagnose and repair what turned out to be a complicated electrical problem. All the folks in the service department are amazingly friendly and went above and beyond to make the repair process as painless as possible. And this is just how they operate... we've trusted Planet with our Subarus for years, and I cannot recommend them enough.

I just had my first service appointment on my new 2023 Subaru Forester Wilderness. I was having mud flaps and an automatic start installed. That's when I was introduced to Andy in the Service Department. The bar had been set high, as I had such a positive experience with Justin in the Sales Department when I bought my Forester. I couldn't imagine being so fortunate to have an equally positive experience in their Service Department. Andy did not disappoint. He handled the details of my service appointment from beginning to end, including a loaner vehicle. The level of customer service was exemplary. I felt like I was their only customer and my vehicle was their main priority. Planet Subaru has an amazing Service Department, thanks in part to dedicated employees like Andy. They are the best!

Bought a used 2023 Crosstrek in December.Battery started losing starting power in March.Called to have new battery installed and complete charging system checked.When I picked it up there was no charge ! Thanks to Wes for a smooth experience.

From the purchase of our vehicle, to routine maintenance, and even an unexpected windshield replacement, every associate we’ve encountered has gone above and beyond in providing friendly, fast, and reliable service. Most recently we had the pleasure of working with Andy for our routine 30k service. He was so nice to work with and thought of every detail- we were due for an inspection sticker this month, and had he not let me know and informed me that they can complete the inspection, I probably wouldn’t have gotten it done on time. I wish all dealerships and service centers were this good! I feel comfortable each time I bring our car in and never leave feeling ripped off or creeped out.

This was my first regular service appointment for my second Crosstrek bought at Planet Subaru. I drive from Brewster on Cape Cod to come to this dealer because they are amazing. Whether it's general maintenance, technical question, sales, or repairs, they are professional, available, always courteous, fair in pricing and I can always count on them to do a great job in the exact time frame that they tell me they need. Being in their Planet passport Protection Program is a real bonus, being able to use a loaner if necessary and also knowing I'm covered for Tires and Batteries for the life of my car- bonus on top of a bonus at this great dealer!
