Town Fair Tire

I had an outstanding experience at Town Fair Tire in Hanover, MA. Jim truly went above and beyond for our family. We came in needing a tire repair, and he handled everything quickly, professionally, and most importantly — safely. Jim took the time to explain what was going on, made sure the repair was done right, and got us back on the road much faster than we expected. His customer service, attention to detail, and sense of urgency really stood out. It’s rare to find someone who combines efficiency with genuine care for the customer experience, but Jim absolutely delivered. We’re incredibly grateful and will definitely be returning to this location for future needs. Highly recommend!

Got a flat, scheduled an appt for an afternoon, got my car towed to location about 15-20 minutes early, TFT took it in after I checked in and was out with my car the same time I scheduled my appt. Not sure whether it was a slow day or not but regardless, my car was in and out like the burger. (LoL) The crew is also great. Straightforward and courteous. Was pleasantly surprised to see I was only charged for the tire and diagnostics. Might just make this my regular shop instead of Sullivan Tire. 😬

This town fair location always makes sure I'm well taken care of! Mike was able to repair and mount my tire all within my lunch break. He is so efficient and kind! Cannot recommend this place enough

I had an issue with one of my tires and, based on a recommendation from our mechanic, I contacted Town Fair Tire in Hanover, Massachusetts. The phone representative was incredibly helpful, took all the details, I made sure that the tire I was looking for was available and scheduled my appointment (I wish I had remembered his name). When I went to the appointment today, the guy at the front desk was pretty nice and took all my information. My specialty tire was installed within half an hour. I had previously paid up to twice as much in Boston for the same type of tire. Nice people, quick service, and reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

Ordered tires scheduled an appointment. Then I ended up popping a tire. So I called Hanover location. Mike quickly adjusted my order and got me in sooner. Even as busy as store was. Service was fantastic. Highly recommended!
