Highly recommend Lou’s Auto Muffler & Brake in Hyannis. My husband is a former mechanic and very knowledgeable about auto repair, so we don’t say this lightly. This shop always does top-shelf work. They fit you in as quickly as possible, work efficiently, and complete repairs when they say they will. The prices are fair, the service is fast and honest, and the quality of work is excellent. Excellent staff, curtious and friendly. They went over every detail with me before doing the work and gave me a solid price and a good price at that. They are very knowledgeable about all aspects of vehicle maintenance. They gave me pointers about future concerns as well. They had left the car running for me after they finished but it was so quiet that I did not know that it was running so I ended up restarting the car. Boy did I feel a bit stupid, lol. Nice job guys! I have had work done by them before so they will always get my business. Thank you all! I recommend them whole heartedly.
