I bought a used 2025 Mazda from another dealership and after two months of dealing with horrible dealers etc. not to mention the dealership I bought the car from wouldn’t service the broken car they sold me. I hesitantly went to Hyannis Mazda because of my experiences prior with other dealerships, they would be my local dealership I would be using to service my vehicle and fix the problem. They were absolutely amazing!!! They fixed my vehicle and gave me a loaner while mine was in the shop. Zero headaches and amazing service! Megan in the service dept. was a delight and probably the most helpful person I’ve ever dealt with.
Had an appt for service for 8:30 on Monday morning. Dropped the car off on Sunday night. On Monday morning at 11:25, I received a call from Raphael (service advisor, very nice guy) to review the problem I had been having with my car. (I had explained the concerns to him when I made the appt.) The tech had not even looked at my vehicle yet!! Why have an early appt if the car isn't looked at til late morning. (?) I was told there were other vehicles that also needed diagnostics but they would fit my car in between. (Felt like my appt was an add-on, even though I booked a week in advance.) I then worried that my car might need work that wouldn't be cpleted in the remaining 4 1/2 hours as they stop repairs at 4:30! Later that afternoon I received a video from the tech explaining I need a new
James Stanley, our sales advisor, was wonderful and easy to deal with. He made the buying process easy and was very helpful with the turning in of our leased vehicle at another dealership. We are very happy with the car we chose and the dealership.
Cape Cod Mazda has always been A1 in service doors since 2012 for us . They are businesslike at all times . Their waiting area is great for comfort , drink , snacks and TV availability.Their communication with customers is second to none ! The desk service manager is excellent in describing the work and providing a video accounting of actual repairs . Great !! Jack Mooney
