Lou's Custom Exhaust

The staff were all pleasant to interact with and had my best interests in mind when welding my new exhaust pieces. That being said, I did expect better quality welds from such a highly rated place. I’m sure it will hold, but just by looking, they do not inspire confidence (especially compared to the original welds). Most definitely not a 5 star experience.

Lou’s is hands down the most honest and reliable shop around. I’ve been a customer for 5+ years and will never go anywhere else. I send my friends and even my mom here because I trust them completely. Brian, Joe, and Emery always go above and beyond and stand behind their work. Truly the best!

This has been the best experience i have had. I have an older car. A bunch of issues. It failed inspection and I called Lou's. They took a look at it. Diagnosed and fixed the issue for an affordable price! I will never take my car anywhere else. They made me feel heard and helped me understand the problem and what they were going to do to fix it!

I was advised that my older BMW would need a full exhaust system replacement as the issue could not be repaired by welding. The parts were hard to track down (never could find them after calling three suppliers) and super expensive. A local mechanic tipped me off on Lou's in Waltham. Emory was able to get me in the next morning for Brian to take a look. Brian was a miracle worker! The car drives absolutely silent. Price was very reasonable. Thank you very much!

I came in for a supposed exhaust leak. They didn't find a leak, and showed me too, and I couldn't feel, see, or hear any leak. They did, however, discover a broken hanger bracket, and offered to weld it up for me, which they did free of charge. They treated me very well and I couldn't be more pleased!
