I had a fantastic experience at Lou’s Garage! Lou helped me get my state inspection sticker sorted and took the time to walk me through the inspection policy so I actually understood what was going on. He also pointed out a few pending issues with my car and explained them clearly without any pressure. Honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, it’s rare to find service like this. Highly recommend if you want someone you can trust with your car!

My first experience at Lou's was fantastic. They fit me in day of and were able to alleviate so many concerns I had. Johnathan is a top notch service manager and he was in contact with me every step of the way. Very well priced and even better service and honesty. My new shop of choice. Hands down.

As a woman my experience with mechanic’s and dealerships over the course of the years has been a rocky with getting overcharged for service my car didn’t need, not being heard, going to a place to fix a problem and coming out with another. It is very hard to find a place you can trust, that was until I came to Lou’s Garage. The atmosphere in this place was different, the service I’ve had is impeccable and they really hear you and catered to your needs.
