Tracey and Warren were paramount helping me with my Civic's brakes and general maintenance until it was time to upgrade. I was sold a lemon and Warren took the time to write up an incredibly detailed report to help me fight my case. Both were willing to share their knowledge and expertise. They ultimately helped me get in a safe car. I cannot recommend them enough!

They missed a major oil leak and then found it and on the same day were willing to keep doing general maintenance work ($600) which I would not have done. Total cost of the work would be in the $4,000 range. I would not depend on them to find problems early and relay them in a timely manner. I am bringing it to a BMW shop as Powertune said that 'BMW have oil engine problems'. This is partially my fault as I brought it in for auto detailing months before and the technician within 1 minute of looking at the engine said: 'There is a leak that you should look at'. Several of my family members have relied on Warren at Powertune for years. I've taken my cars here sporadically and the work has always been done quickly, efficiently, and economically. In June 2025 I went back and was thrilled to discover that Tracey, a fellow Honda driver, is now in the shop. She was GREAT, very communicative and understood my budget, zeroing in on important maintenance items. I had new brakes front and rear, tires rotated, oil changed, and a new drive belt in a day. I'm happy to give a raving review to the owner Warren and his team at Powertune. I have a Jeep Cherokee that was having some transmission issues. Another garage and dealership had looked at it and said they couldn't fix it nor tell me what was wrong with it and I should just trade this one in and buy a new vehicle. Warren was able to quickly diagnose the issue and fix it for roughly $200. Was very easy to work work with and saved me a lot of money by getting my Jeep back up and running!
