My 2016 Toyota RAV4 was hit in a minor collision with damage to the drivers side bumper, fender, etc. I was referred to Minucci’s by my insurance and felt completely taken care of from the first conversation with John. He was accommodating, had multiple conversations with me throughout the process that made me feel confident and comfortable, and they did an excellent job with the body work. Flawless finishing with OEM Toyota parts and they even did an interior detail. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with an auto shop. Highly recommend!

Took my Santa Fe in after being referred by my insurance, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. They were super accommodating, professional, and made the entire process simple and stress-free. When I picked up my car, it even looked like they had cleaned it. Very impressed with their service and highly recommend them.

Went here after an insurance recommendation after my car got rear-ended. They took great care of the car and did superb work. We had a snafu with the keys, but they replaced the keys at no cost and no hassle to me.

Very grateful to John and his team. They did far more work restoring the front of my car (and a lot under the hood) than originally expected, and in a limited time. He was very helpful when he found out I didn’t have rental on my insurance (Public service announcement if you don’t have it- GET RENTAL ADDED, NOW) and tried to make sure he had my car for the least amount of time possible. My car looks better than it did before the accident. They worked with my insurance to make this as simple and pain free as possible. ALSO, they cleaned the inside (which was terrible and full of snack wrappers and winter dirt) and it looks amazing (even if I’m mortified that they looked in the back seat). I will never go anywhere else for auto body repairs!

John made my Mercedes almost brand new. Very good person. Honest and professional business owner.
