Loveland Auto Service

Great service and very honest place when it comes to what's wrong with your vehicle and what needs to be fixed. Prices are also great. If something is wrong with your car this is the place to go.

I couldn’t reach the headlight bulb in my jeep. Called and Charles said to come on in. I was greeted and the staff were superb and friendly. They had it changed and topped off my fluids in less than 5 minutes. Awesome service!

BEST IN TOWN! Charles and his guys have repaired several vehicles for me, efficiently, in a timely manner and at a very reasonable cost. I recommend him and his shop to all, in and around Loveland.

Charles is incredible! Always goes above and beyond! Very personable and professional. I am a single mom, and I felt so comfortable with the service they did and that they had my best interest and pocket book in mind! I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone that wants to do business with a professional that will be fair and treat you with so much respect! I can’t say enough about how much I love this shop!

Just needed estimate. Without discussing any fees, once it was up on the lift Charles who operates by word of mouth, said there was an inspection fee which was not discussed. Charles demanded money for his flashlight time looking approximately 5 minutes under the car but there was no discussion about this process, and no paperwork. I thought I was getting a free estimate, but I guess these guys wait until they have your car up on a lift to divulge this information. Just be upfront with your customers. Please use paperwork where you explain your process, and figure out how to be honest from the start of the interaction. Hopefully, you can figure your intake process a little better for future interactions, because many shops offer quotes if it takes 5 minutes to do a so called "inspection".
