Love's Truck Care

When I checked in they told me waiting time is 1 hour and there is 1 truck ahead of me. After waiting 2.5 hours get back to front desk to ask how long it’s gonna take to be my turn. They told me 4 more hours and they told me there is 3-4 trucks in ahead of me. Why you guys taking my time and lying with estimate time in the beginning. Now I’m behind with my appointment on delivery. This place joke, don’t waste Truck Drivers time. Please don’t lie to Drivers with estimate time. TIME IS IMPORTANT Only was need PM Service ( oil change)

We came here to change out our patched red airline. When turning in the lot our red gladhand broke and had to be fixed as a roadside emergency since we were stuck. This only happened because of another driver parking in the fire lane and blocking off a huge area for those trying to park perpendicular to the scale. After that we were told that they would call us when they had availability in the shop to replace our red airline which is very obviously patched. No other lines were damaged. After pulling in to the bay the mechanic sat for more than 35 minutes eating and watching his phone. After that he took an additional 1.5 hours to change the blue line which we never asked him to do. Love’s Travel Stop # 753, I-90, Exit-96, Missoula, MT, USA is situated at prominent place & very easy & convenient to be there. Not a very big parking spaces but very open & convenient to park Trucks over there. Staff very cooperative, helpful and friendly. Restrooms, Showers & store areas very neat & clean. Loved to be there at Love’s Stop.

My wife is an over the road trucker and when she has a breakdown there's nothing more important than communication when I call a business or service that provides what she needs to keep going. Will, the gentleman that works the Commercial truck services line for Loves at Missoula, Montana. Has gone above and beyond the call of duty by not only keeping the lines of communication open with me, and my wife but also the trucking company that she drives for. That's called exemplary in my books and that store should do whatever it takes to keep quality people like him doing the jobs that keep customers safe and America rolling. This has been our worst experience with a service — mainly because we never even received the service we requested. Why make false promises and give made-up wait times, only to later prioritize roadside requests and then casually inform us that we’ll need to wait another 3–4 hours? We’ve never wasted this much time waiting for absolutely nothing. Apparently, providing an accurate wait estimate in advance is also not part of the company’s policy. Thank you, loves/speedco — changing a tire these days is becoming more difficult than ever.
