So I decided I was going to drop into loyalty Nissan in Chester. I had a recall on my keys to my Nissan rogue so I decided to bring them in and have them changed over. Upon walking in I came in contact with a gentleman named Zack. And when he spoke to me I was instantly drawn by his polite nature. Well after I got the keys done I went and I spoke with him and he said that he could help get me a car that I would be happy with. Well I ended up walking away with a car well let's just say driving I mean. Let me tell you this young man was only 21 years old I think that's what he told me. Very very kind very polite very attentive very knowledgeable in his field. He's new to the loyalty team. I was very impressed with this young man. Service department is great . I brought a car from them 2 years ago. This place I wouldn't get extended warranty from . My car had check engine light on the first time before this time oil change. I went to advance and Riley and both places stated low oil pressure . I mentioned this but they was head up for to be charged 200 for their test which stated the same thing the free one did . Now the engine has problems and thr warranty wants to put blame . Top it all ..they wants to charge me extra for more test ...to get out of paying for the repairs. But they had no problem getting extra money for their plan .
