Lube Alley - Helena

Great service. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Didn't try to "sell" me anything I didn't need. (As a woman this can be important, because they didn't try to take advantage of my 'possible' lack of automotive knowledge). Got an oil and cabin filter change (and they did show me the air filter before asking if I wanted it changed)- for a decent price. And I'm very happy with the service.

The staff were incredibly helpful. When I arrived they pointed out that my radiator hose had a hole in it. They were able to quickly get the part delivered, swap it out and complete the oil change. I was back on the road in no time.

Service was great, staff was knowledgeable and friendly, highly recommend and they never pushed or tried to upscale anything i didn't ask for, like Jiffy Lube always does! Will use Lube Alley from now on!! Thank you Lube Alley!!

These guys are very helpful and kind. They got me in quick and did a great job. The only thing I would change would be, getting a lube mileage decal. I had one when I got there, and they didn't give me one when I left.

I appreciate these guys , they do a great job. I wish they could wash my windows for me. If I didn't have such a mess in the car I'd ask for them to vacume the rocks out of my driver's side. Thanks!!
