Hank went above and beyond to make repairs on my explorer to get me back on the road safely!!!! He even gave up his day off which was beyond appreciated. I make almost a 2hr drive just for my oil changes and repairs which is well worth it!!! Hank and his team are great people I highly recommend them for any of your vehicle up keep needs very fair and reasonable you won't be disappointed!!!

Great experience with their oil change service. The process was quick and professional, and what really stood out was how informative the staff was. Hank took the time to explain my engine oil, what my car really needed, and why it matters—without trying to upsell or rush me. I really appreciated him breaking things down in a way that was easy to understand. Honest service, knowledgeable staff, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

I knew Hank knew his stuff as soon as he told me Vibes have an amazing engine :D It was nice to go somewhere that didn't push back when I denied some additional/upgraded offered services! The guys at the shop were all very respectful and kind. Will definitely be my go-to place for oil changes!

I’ve been coming to the Lube Cube since I moved here in 3 years ago. Every time I come in they give me good service and no up selling. Today I had an issue and Hank was super helpful. There was a clear issue with my car and he came to me with a plan and no pressure to take the offer. He gave me a great deal and peace of mind. I also got hooked up with a free car wash! This place is great and deserves all the great reviews.

I've been a customer since 2025, bringing two Jeeps and a work van—always happy until now. My favorite and only shop since moving to the area. Brought my beater Jeep for a $25 oil change with my own supplies. Tech showed real sludge buildup—the engine legitimately needed cleaning, no issue there. They aggressively pushed the 'Mighty Oil System Clean,' quoting $199 first, then dropping to $159.99 after I resisted. The upsell was blatant and heavy-handed. I've worked in a mechanic shop for 8 years, so I fully understand upselling and that shops need profit on low-margin work—I'm not telling them how to run their business or what to charge. This is Mighty VS7 OL105 (15 oz can), a standard pro additive that costs shops ~$5–$6 wholesale. Typical add-on charges are $15–$30 max across shops and
