had a check engine light come on had them run the light so I needed a EGR valve and EGR cooler and intake pressure sensor had my truck over the weekend. Told me Bill was originally gonna be 5000 which I believed was a little high agreed to pay the 5000 went to pick up my truck bill was up an additiona 400 didn’t ask no questions left shop started heading to my next job. Check engine light came back on called asked if Change sensor they said no it must’ve slipped by them, asked why my bill was so much more and the sensor was not changed given a half ass story of how they forgot but didn’t charge me but my bill was an additional $400 more then the 5000 we agreed to. but sensor was never done. I had to change the sensor somewhere else and pay an additional $300 which I already paid them to d

I can’t say enough good about this place although I’ve only been there once. Had a injector go out on my Lonestar. I called them and they got me in the same day and was rolling again only 3 hrs after I arrived at their shop. Been to many International dealers all over the country and this place by far out does any of them. Thank you very much for getting me back rolling quickly.

They were very helpful and honest with me about the situation going on with my truck. If your in the area I would definitely say come to Lucas and let them look at and fix your truck. Everyone was helpful and nice. Thank you to Mr. Nate and the technician for everything.

This place should be the model all dealerships should follow they brought my truck in asap to diagnose they had the part I needed but most of all the people from the service dept to parts were very pleasant and helpful for what we pay to have a big truck serviced and repaired I don't feel this is too much to ask and all the folks at Lukas international were great thank all of you so much you people really made a bad day for me much better
