The sales people are good. The place delivers on what they are. Everything is good until your payment due on a Friday is missed because life got you busy and you can't call anyone on Saturday because lucky and titanium aren't open. And you can't pay online because none of the emails they've sent you doesn't have an account number to set up an online account. Im not bitter that they have a system to ensure you pay on time. Im bitter that they dont have a way for me to resolve the issue on a Saturday.
