Pretty fast service and I was in and out on about an hour or two. He even went out of his way and got my payments lowered so I’m grateful for that. Hayley was a huge help with answering questions and was very patient with us while we asked about multiple cars. Luke was also great. Hayley is great at communicating and understanding what we were needing. She answers calls and texts quickly. We got our second car with Luckys, a 2009 Mazda, and we couldn’t be happier. Sold us a lemon car with a bad engine. The night we purchased it, the car overheated and almost left my fiance stranded. I only did business with them because it was a new relationship and my spouses other car came from here. I wanted to stay with the dealership she did business with in the past. We had to fight tooth and nail to get a new engine. Also the high interest is a joke. You can buy new cars for the same or less price. Never do business with this dealership or any Lucky's, avoid. I am very knowledgeable about cars and classic cars. Lucky auto credit will wish they never sold us a lemon. 🍋 Also notorious for poor customer service.
